Another townhouse community is coming right next door to the Tyson’s Ridge community, replacing the healthcare services building next to the Pimmit Regional Library.

Approved (excluding proposed but not approved) developments in and around Pimmit Hills and Tyson’s are slated to add 700+ students to Marshall by 2035.
Has this new development been approved? It would be great to get the first batch of houses, as they are likely to be the least expensive ones

It’s almost better to cut through the Peach Tree apartments into Pimmit Hills to access from Paxton, but that doubles the distance. The location would be a lot better if they opened the service road to access Lisle Ave, but I’m sure people would fight that to avoid making that area a cut through.
That parking lot is a nightmare, and it sure won't get any better with the added pop density.
