Correct. Teams are generally formed by rec coaches (not rec entities) and they do that by sending out an email to their team that is eligible to play. They see what they have on numbers and go from there. And again it is generally kids and their parents are the ones that look for opportunities to play. So you have to be proactive.

But, anyone can start a team and submit it to fall brawl just can't be a club team. There is no nefarious plot to keep rec only kids out because you can form your own team. Several "rec" programs have multiple teams playing in fall brawl this year. All it takes is some initiative.[/quote]
