[/quote] Depending on the area, food inspections are so rudimentary as to be laughable. Was there vermin or vermin poop? Is there hot running water? Is there soap in the dispensers? Are things dripping on other things? Was the refrigerator at temp? I’m concerned about home cooking, but not home baking for things like wedding cakes. [/quote]
