Yelp had a feature that allowed you to see health inspections. I don’t know if they still have it but it was certainly educational!

I still remember a co-worker complaining that her wedding cake was frozen because the bakery makes all the tiers ahead of time and freezes them until it's time to construct and decorate. That's how they bakeries handle the high volume of orders on the weekends.
