You can try to justify it all you want, it’s not a healthy pace of weight loss and there was muscle and probably some bone density lost in the process because you simply stopped eating. I don’t care if people want to turn to these meds for losing 15 lbs or 150 but coming onto this board and trying to tell people that was somehow 15 lbs of pure fat and nothing else gone in 8 weeks is not going to fly.
