[/quote] The big business employees that you would probably be equivalent to are going to be salaried employees who don't get overtime either. I work for a consulting company and I regularly put in extra hours to make sure the clients needs are met. And since they ate federal govt organizations, if they close early we can't charge for those hours. So its make up the time or take leave.[/quote]
