For me, it’s not “crap.” Before switching to this I was 35 lbs over weight, maxed out bp medicine, and doctor said if that didn’t work he was going to have to put me on insulin. Within 6 months I dropped to a healthy bmi and came off blood pressure meds. That was 2015. [/quote]
