I don’t exactly know what that is, but that’s not what I meant. It’s not just that it prevents them from dating or hooking up with other people, it can prevent them from making friends, from making an effort to go out and being social, from just generally letting go of high school and growing up a bit. People in college with boyfriends/girlfriends from high school are weighed down. They’re less fun to be around. [/quote]

Not at all. It’s different when you have friends in common, when you’re not leaving campus every other weekend to go visit someone, when you actually want to go out and be social because you don’t feel like you have to sit home and behave, or whatever. [/quote]
