Police will not come out unless you have passed where you would pay for items without paying. NO, do not do this ! Concealing items in a store is adequate probable cause for an arrest--even while still in the store. OP: Happens all the time in Walgreens & in Target. Both stores view every customer as a shoplifter. It is essentially unwritten company policy for both of these stores.[/quote][/quote]
