Pays for our trash--and they take almost everything, which is great! Also gives you discounted rates for community center camps/lessons, which we used heavily when my kids were young. [/quote] It also has its own police department and as such, there is basically no crime (response time for police is 1-2 minutes in an emergency) [/quote]
