In a couple of my friends cases (new construction in obviously decrepit tear down neighborhoods - of course the neighbors don't see it that way!), the friends did wish they moved next to more "like" and less "bitter" people.  In some cases, the odd and so blatantly bitter neighbors were cured by a strategically placed night vision hidden camera on which my friends  caught the bullying antics on camera!  One of the bullying neighbors was disbarred.  I just love it when the good guy wins, don't you?!

new poster here. no problem living near a person like this. I mind my own business and I am generally nice to others, do not bother my neighbors and at night I sleep or have better things to do than scratching their cars or poisoning their cat or whatever, so their night camera would not bother me at bit.
