My husband's parents paid for his sister's wedding, but since ours was paid for by my parents it isn't like they then said oh you also get x amount of money from us. But they did contribute some to therapy costs when my son was going through a very hard time and it was really expensive to treat. I feel like both our parents try to be "fair" and also meet the need and support kids at the right time. [/quote]
