There is a setting in SwimTopia that allows Coaches/Reps to set meet entries but not publish them to the team.  Your Reps must not know how use that setting -- we don't publish our entries for A Meets until they are finalized and the email has gone out to our team.[/quote]

Same PP.  Everything in my app is still marked "unpublished" when I can do this.  So yes, it might be user error.  Interested to know whether this works for others.[/quote]
