Whereas 22:52 is saying you can’t force students to pay fees: “you still haven't explained how student funds would be used to pay for this contract.
It's a contract. Payment would be due. How are you going to force students to pay for whatever this is?”

Of course they are not making a good argument, they never do. They are making things up. Nowhere is the resolution does it say anything about collecting fees or forcing schools to use IAF funds or transferring money from
IAFs to pay the contact. [/quote]

Then why did the Board meeting just start with that one agenda item being pulled from the agenda?
