If the claims here are to be believed then the Board of Education has a $10 million dollar slush fund sitting around that can be used to pay for this contract if the student funds do not come through. That's a funny argument as the Board screams that $30 million dollars out of their budget next year is going to devastate the entire school system. [/quote]
