Even if she knows this is a rough time for them, she's still entitled to use her vacation. Especially if it's a one time thing - am I gonna leave work every year during busy season? No. But for the big college girlfriends group trip that happens once every 5ish years? Yes, I'm going to leave work during busy season since that's an easier time for 95% of the rest of the group to get together.[/quote]
