It doesn't mean I don't think she's unattractive if she wears other colors, but I'm also making it clear what *I* find attractive, which is useful her to her as my partner when she is so inclined as to be pleasing to me (which is not something I expect so much as I notice and appreciate and acknowledge when it happens). She also trusts my tastes well enough to know that if I say something, others likely see similar things.
