Um, I'm asking because I didn't receive a concrete answer in the interview. I asked why and they just basically shrugged it off and moved to the next question.

MCPS teacher here and...just hahaha, it's so amazing how the same people will sit here and bash MCPS and simultaneously defend it to death. Pick a side. No wonder no one wants to work in this district. All of my colleagues talk about leaving on a daily basis. It's mostly due to parents. I mean, look in the mirror when your kid has no teachers left.[/quote]

Please leave. Teaching is a vocation and if you aren’t in it because you love educating you have no business doing it. Enjoy driving an Uber or doing door dash and working all through the summer. [/quote]
