They need to form the top team first, then work their way down to the second team, etc. It’s better to get onto a team and work your way from there. These rosters get “sticky” (year over year) really fast so you’re at a disadvantage to say “let’s try again next year”. Tryouts at all these clubs are mostly to identify and place outside talent.
