Does this systematic bully dynamic contribute to the procedure of nonsupport and active bullying of admin to inflate grades and ignore violence when considering classroom climate? Also are teachers let go when they try to get all of this chaos under control which they believe is their job? Do they have a leg to stand on in court as MCPS is continually sued for this corruption.
For various reasons, teachers are bullied by some administrators, and yes, including, at times, about grading. Bullying is a management technique in MCPS. It's bad for the institution and I wish administrators had to continually take management classes so they can develop appropriate skills in managing their staff.
The bullying dynamic starts at the top of the MCPS food chain. The fish rots from the head.
