[/quote] NP here. Goes to show you that there's more than one part of NW DC. DCUMs so often assume we all hole up in UpperNW with our families. OP, I think dog owners should take great pains to ensure that no one else needs to have physical contact with their animals or anything that comes out of them. I guess I don't really care what anyone does in the dumpster behind my building, but if I were responsible for maintaining an individual can, I'd be upset about the addition of poop smell to the olfactory mix.
