I think they’re looking for people willing to take classroom roles. People are fleeing the classroom, looking for any school job that doesn’t directly involve teaching and all the agony that goes along with it. If you apply for a teaching position, you’ve got a good chance of getting it. You don’t even need certification right now because most counties will help you get it through alternative certification programs.[/quote] Teaching takes up much more time than regular school hours. Why do you think so many teachers are fleeing. Because everyone thinks you are working just during the school day and that is how your pay is set but you end up working way more than that [/quote]
