Yup. It’s absurd how soft we are on teens. Okay their brains aren’t fully formed yet, but they should be formed well enough to not freaking shoot someone in a crowded area. If you show that poor of judgment then you’re just evil and a worthless piece of crap. I have no interest in rehabilitating this criminal. I only want to keep others safe from him. Lock him away for 30+ years, DC will be a better place for it.[/quote]

Let’s not forget he also was carrying a gun around.  I don’t care where his brain is in terms of development- he is a teenager who I discriminantly fired a gun he shouldn’t have had into a group.  He’s dangerous and stupid.[/quote]
