The Bethesda 09s were put in the top bracket to make it easier for a mediocre team to win.  The RI team has declined significant since last year.  They continue to be weak.  The referees in this tournament also were heavily biased toward RU.  This does these girls no good and actually weakens their team.  Just look at the overall record of the RU teams as they get older.  They become less competitive

If you looking for good competition, the other bracket was definitely better.   If you're looking to win it all, then the other bracket was better. There was definitely home field advantage for RU included the times and dates that they played. [/quote]

Something was up with the way they placed Bethesda across the board, and maybe you are pointing at it. In the 09s they never should have been in the top bracket. And in the younger ages, the BSC RL teams were also placed way too high.[/quote][/quote]
