It is kind of a problem because there is no uniformity.[/quote] Hmm, it's supposed to be available after the materials have been SENT to the committee, the idea being that once it's been SENT to the committee, it's not possible for parents to try to pressure or influence the teacher or the local school administration. Once it's SENT to the committee, there's no way for parents to know which AAP central committee member will review the file, hence why that's why the materials should be available.[/quote]
