It’s about how new people are put off by a 90 day in person requirement during probation. A time when they are getting TRAINED and getting to know the staff and procedures and having a mentor on hand for feedback and questions. The need for that being in person shouldn’t need to be explained. Ones the newbies have proved themselves to be competent, reliable and self motivated then they can WFH but not before that. [/quote]
