If anything, they try to spread the gifted kids around.[/quote] This. Exactly .... our home ES refused to put the "high flyers" (their term) into one class to form a peer group. My DC starts at one of the HGC next week - which is a considerable distance from our home and a hardship for our family, but will hopefully be much better situation for DC.[/quote]
