Need a few years of work experience in order to be able to get CPA license--although one can take all parts of the CPA exam prior to satisfying the work experience requirement. For future employment opportunities, where one gets that work experience usually matters. This is why a good GPA in accounting courses matters as Big 4 and other major accounting firms often impose GPA cut-offs for selecting those to interview.[/quote]
