This house has been listed for over a year, with its ridiculous high listing price of $2+ M. It’s a subdivided lot, the lot is only 6000 sq ft, and is a crazy narrow house, about the width of a modern townhouse. It’s on a busy double line arterial road, and down hill from two gas stations 300 ft away or so. It is a nice neighborhood, with good elementary and middle schools, right across from library (though is that good these days with homeless traffic?) and Cherrydale shopping. What is their endgame? Will this eyesore ever become someone’s home? I hope it’s a warning to missing middle developers to not overextend https://redf.in/kTGbTr
This is a FSBO through Howzer and not an Arlington builder. It is an out of area builder who thought he could get rich quick in Arlington and overpaid for the lot. Missing Middle builders are local Arlington builders who know what they are doing. Most MM will be rental plexes, so the comparison is not relevant.
