However, I would not lead the discussion with "I add no value", but should note that you don't know what the protocol or escalation process would be if something should go wrong since this was not a project that you previously oversaw and it seems like  a project manager on-site with the team who is involved with the development would be better positioned to address issues if they arise. Clearly even if you did have to do this overnight call, someone needs to share some more information with you about what they are actually looking for you to do (e.g. are they looking for you to make the go/no go decision if the update isn't right? versus actually direct any technical changes).[/quote]
