This could have been said more nicely, but I pretty much agree.

My husband isn't this checked out, not even close, but I find myself doing most of the planning. So you know what? I just don't do it. We take day trips. We do things that aren't too much work and will be successful.

And it's fine. Good most of the time. I'm not looking to divorce, that's for sure.

Stop trying to make your life look Instagram perfect. And better yet? Go on vacation by yourself. Who cares if the kids eat cereal and watch tv? That's on him, not you. [/quote]
