If a woman brings an actual cause of action in court stating that a man assaulted her, then she as the plaintiff would have the burden of proof. Of course there is discovery, so the woman would have to demonstrate evidence of an std, connection to the plaintiff etc. but the actual burden of proof in the case is his. https://valientemott.com/injury-claims/defamation-lawsuits/[/quote]
