I see a mom in our school group doing this weaponized incompetence. She never gets the newsletters; never knows what's going on at school and then doesn't chat with anyone; talk to the school about getting the lists.

Her husband is always there; her husband takes the kid to the doctor.

100% its not just men; but with home/family/kld things I hear about it more with the dads. BTW at our school the dads and moms are great (except the one above)[/quote]

Because she acts like no one tells her anything; that she's being excluded. She chose to act surprised about how things operate like birthday parties; school drop off; etc. And then she will talk about how she does it all. We all know its the dad.

If they are dividing and conquering child related tasks no one sees it. If you ask her the names of the teachers she doesn't know. She was very involved in Kinder and then covid and she stopped 100%. She does not arrange playdates; vaccines; summer camps.

Again maybe its not weaponized incompetnece just incompetence[/quote]
