Ummmm, their record, ECNL Championships and how many players they put into the USYNT system. It's not rocket science.

As for your second question, please ask Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, Tiger Woods, Roger Federer, Simone Biles, Carli Lloyd, Raphael Nadal, Michael Phelps, Ronaldo, any Brazilian Futbol player, but would probably defer to Sir Alex Ferguson first. Vince Lombardi is dead so I guess you can ask Bill Belichek or Phil Jackson too. If this list does not sway you, I suggest you check into your local mental hospital for extreme narcissism.

All the recent USYNT rosters are filled with 99.988% MLS Club Academy players (see: CONCACAF champions and U17 World Cup and rosters for friendlies). So that doesn't jive with your Solar claim.
