If I’m understanding OP’s post correctly, it seems that the neighbor is choosing to park on the street directly in front of OP’s house instead of the portion of road in front of neighbors own house. That would annoy the heck out of me too. Thinking about what this looks like, I assume we are talking about single family homes in the suburbs and not row houses on a city street. 
In a previous house I have called out a previous neighbor that was parking on the road in front of my house. The piece of road he was using was further away from his house, so a longer walk for him,  which did not make any sense… people are just strange I guess.[/quote]

OP here, you understand my point exactly. And yes, this not like downtown houses where houses are so close to each other. It’s a community with houses spaced out and with long drive ways. Nobody in our community parks in the streets. Of  course, it’s not illegal. I just wish they park on there side. [/quote]
