We called the telephone number for questions on FA listed on the portal and they assured us there is no problem with our submission and they are just backed up and haven't been able to process things yet. They said the ED decision is totally separate.  They had no estimate of when the CSS submission would be processed.  So I don't see how a child in that situation will be expected to "immediately" withdraw any other applications if there isn't even any clarity on when an FA decision will be made.  [/quote]
I don’t think ED is actually suggested for those who need significant FA. You would want options open I should think.[/quote]
