We’d come to them with a problem, after several preliminary steps had been taken and they’d start at the beginning: “have you tried simple first step example?” Or they talked tough but would back down, or they really didn’t know what they were talking about. I worked with three great ones who were super helpful, but they were often just as frustrating for us. [/quote]
