Outdoors in december from 5-9 pm on one of the most expensive rental fields in Northern Va? That says to me they can't qualify for county field permits, so where is their Academy going to be permanently located? Mailing address in Vienna. We all know there is NO field space without building your own somewhere.
I thought the same thing until my hubby told me there is a connection with Mason and the current captain and star of the US Men's National team, Christian Pulisic. His dad and uncle both played soccer at Mason and so did his mom. His dad is even in the Mason Men's Soccer Hall of Fame. Captain America plays for AC Milan, of course. I found out their address is same building as Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, so it's not a mailbox address.
Thanks for the insight. Love that Pulisic is doing so well for AC Milan, I was also unaware of the family connection to George Mason. Maybe they will develop into something more involved than just the “Experience Camps” like some of the other European Club Camps and Tours. -However, I just don’t see too many U11 and under kids doing camp from 5-9pm during the school week Monday to Fridays on those potential cold December Nights. And for the older Kids, there is no room for homework… anyway, I hope they get their timing ironed out if they really want to set up training for the U littles.
