Guest players are doing your team a favor. Be thankful that you have people willing to spend three or four hours in the car for their kid to play 5 minutes. We had a coach like that and once word got around to the B team and the younger teams, he had a lot of trouble finding anyone willing to make the drive. [/quote]

Guests shouldn't be invited unless their is a need. If you already have 13 or 14 kids going, you don't need a guest. [/quote]

You do not need 18 players for 11 v 11. You need 13 or 14. The majority of players should be able to play the entire game. 20 is ridiculous [/quote]

Your kids haven't hit high school age.  There are a lot of injuries.  Just because kids show up doesn't mean that they aren't injured. [/quote]
