Does anyone else have a 3rd grader? Does the cut of for receiving tutoring (1477 and below for math, 1550 and below for reading) seem kind of high considering they were taking a test with 3rd grade information that they haven't learned yet? https://www.doe.virginia.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/50417

I have a 3rd grader and this does seem weird.  Teacher told us that the kid was in the 92nd percentile for math, but the cut off for tutoring is only 1 point below her score.  How can that be right? [/quote]
