The problem happened when they moved to a neighboring county and continued to send their children to Fairfax County schools which they were no longer supporting with their tax dollars. DCUM's and their idiotic "provide "proof" comments. Do a little research. There is a difference between what happens when people try to scam the system within jurisdictions and when they try to scam the system between jurisdictions.
