Not exactly Marie Kondo but I do fold in a particular (three-fold) way to maximize space and ability to find the shirt they want. Kids are similar ages and I sometimes have them help fold. For now my focus is on: folding pjs in the morning and putting dirty clothes in the hamper each night. We do have a clean hamper because while I always find time to do the laundry, it takes me a long time to find time to fold it. Also, I usually fold the kids clothes immediately and mine linger for a few weeks lol[/quote]
