I grew up here and attended MCPS. The term was used in the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. The old Woodward with neighborhoods such as Luxmanor and Farmland was considered a W school. The boundary selection will determine if Woodward will be considered a W again. [b]If diversity is the objective, then no, it will not be a W school[/b].
