They're Latino STUDENT LEADERS being honored during Hispanic/Latino heritage month. They're not just being honored for being Latino. I'm sure if they have Irish student leaders, they'd also get a shout out during their month.

Find something legitimate to worry about. This is a bad faith argument at its core. This is like if during Black History Month, Duran was honoring Black [b]Civil Rights Activists[/b] and all you heard was the black part. It's a descriptor, not a noun.[/quote]
