“Cheap guns.”  What are those. Guns don’t cost what an automobile does, but they’re hardly “cheap.”

“Dumb young men.”  Over 21?  Not prohibited by criminal history or something else?  Because if not they can’t legally buy a gun.

DP...  Only a person of subnormal intelligence would be making assertions that guns being used in DC crimes are being legally purchased or that the criminals getting them really have that many hurdles to getting guns.   Dude, in DC, 13 year olds are running around with illegal Glocks.  That is not "politics" - that is reality.  The reality is that this country is flooded with illegal guns - which were originally bought legally by supposed "responsible gun owners" and "good guys with guns" who turned out to be anything but - such that there are hundreds of thousands of guns flowing into the underground black market every year via straw buyers, private sales, and so on.  Our weak-as-hell system of "gun control" is what allows this to happen.[/quote]
