Legal permit carriers weren't involved. The gun control lobby would benefit enormously from a basic understanding of who is committing city crime, the weapons they're using, and where they get them. You CANNOT say for certain that the person/people involved in doing this shooting DID NOT have legal gun permits. It is IMPOSSIBLE for you to know such a thing.

Therefore, it is reasonable and logical to acknowledge there is a possibility that this shooter(s) DID HAVE A PERMIT.  You cannot refute or dismiss that possibility. Period. Full stop.

The shooter(s) may have had a permit that allowed them to carry a gun, causing this shooting.
