How do you log your parent communication in Synergy as required by MCPS? How do you know when parents have changed email addresses? Synergy is set up for communication with families for a reason[/quote]

I don’t “log parent communication in synergy as required by mcps”. 
If a parent changes an email, it is their responsibility to let me know so i can update my list.
I have too many things to do to worry about checking the 3 different email addresses mcps expects us to maintain. 
I clearly state to parents at the beginning of the year which email address I will be using and then I email them from that account on a weekly basis.
