And to lose a coach over this is horrible. The process of hiring a coach is painful. Summer swim is about the team. Somehow that gets lost every year with some teams. [/quote] Half the parents understand it is a team sport and you try to win (sometimes at the cost of the individual swimmer). The other half only care are Larla and could care less if the team wins or loses.[/quote]
