Different county, but same state.[/quote] Yes. There are people doing it now at 25 and there are a few more years before that plan they hired under changes and you have to wait until 30 in FCPS. New hires have a plan but also a new option to contribute themselves and the more you do, the more FCPS does. Only issue is that to max your contribution from the beginning is a lot of salary taken out for a new teacher. [/quote]
