But isn't there a big enough grey area with abortion, that elected representatives pretty much need to deal with it?  Using your logic, abortion should be a free for all. A woman would be able to terminate for any reason right up to delivery, assuming she could find a physician willing to go along with it.[/quote]

I can see a law stating no abortions after x weeks.

But the law should leave the determination of the gestation to a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.  Not a legislature stating that I have been pregnant from the first day of my last menstrual cycle.  For example, according to a bill in AZ I am pregnant RIGHT NOW.    Better schedule that abortion early and often!  [/quote]
